1. This Programme is open to existing Vanquis cardholders only.
2. There is no restriction on the number of referrals which can be made by a Vanquis cardholder participating in the Programme, provided the Qualification Criteria is satisfied in full in respect of each referral. See Clause 5 for the restrictions on this.
3. The reward for each successful referral that satisfies the Qualification Criteria under Clause 4 will be credited £25 to their Vanquis account of the existing and new cardholder (the “Reward”). For the avoidance of doubt, both the existing accountholder and new accountholder shall receive £25 each.
4. Qualification Criteria for the Programme are as follows:
- An application must only be made via your dedicated referral sharing link which appears on your Vanquis Banking App. No other method of application is valid under this Programme;
- The application must be successful, the applicant must be accepted as a Vanquis cardholder and their account must be activated;
- The new Vanquis cardholder must make at least one (1) approved transaction on their new Vanquis Visa card within ninety (90) days of the application;
5. Restrictions and exclusions are as follows:
- You must not share your referral sharing link on social media or on any public-facing website;
- You must not use any of Vanquis’ registered trademarks or general intellectual property in combination with any publication of your referral sharing link;
- The new Vanquis cardholder must make at least one (1) approved transaction on their new Vanquis Visa card within ninety (90) days of the application;
- Successful referrals shall be capped at £250 worth of credit per annum, referrals after this limit has been reached will not result in the Vanquis cardholder being further credited to their account;
- No cash alternative is available.
6. The Reward shall be applied within ninety (90) working days of the new cardholder effecting an approved transaction on their Vanquis Visa card. If for any reason we are unable to apply a credit on to your account, an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card of the same value will be sent to you on your registered email address. 7. The Reward is not eligible in conjunction with any other offer or cashback programme provided by Vanquis.
8. The Reward cannot be used as a payment or part-payment of Your account’s monthly minimum payment. You are reminded to make all minimum payments due on time. Failure to do so risks incurring charges and may affect your credit file and ability to seek further credit.
9. Vanquis reserves the right to refuse payment of any referral fees due to You.
10. Vanquis Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Programme at any time for any reason with no liability to applicants or existing cardholders.
11. These Terms & Conditions may be amended without notice at the sole discretion of Vanquis.
12. Vanquis is unable to respond to queries about non-receipt of Reward(s) until ninety (90) working days after the referred customer's first transaction.
