Managing your loan
The best way to manage your existing loan will depend on how and when you applied for it. Here's what you need to know:
I applied for a loan after 1 January 2025
If you applied through our partner Aro, then your loan will have been provided by one of their trusted panel of lenders. You'll find your lender's contact details in the documents or emails you were sent when you took out the loan. These documents will include your Credit Agreement, any 'welcome' messages or other letters or emails they have sent since you took out your loan.
I applied for a Vanquis Loan before 31 August 2024
I applied for a Vanquis Loan via a comparison site
If you need to manage your account, you’re struggling with your repayments, need a settlement figure or want to make an additional payment, please give us a call. If your loan agreement starts with 1, the number’s 0333 003 5803*.If it starts with 2 or you're an ex-Sunflower customer, it’s 0800 484 0080*. We're here 8.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays - we’ll be happy to help.
I applied directly with Vanquis
If you applied through the Vanquis app, an SMS message or email and need to manage your account, please get in touch on 0333 003 5803*. We're here 8.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays.
- Make additional payments.
- Check the remaining loan amount and payment dates.
- Find out your settlement figure.
- Get extra support if you're struggling to pay.

Network charges may apply. Calls to 01 and 03 numbers from UK landlines and mobiles are normally included in free plan minutes if available; otherwise calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calls to 01/02 prefix numbers. Calls to 0800 or 0808 numbers are free from mobiles and landlines.
